The oil and gas industry, primarily responsible for this increase comes from hiring high quality professionals. Taking advantage of the combination of the crisis in markets such as Japan, Europe and the United States and Brazilian economic growth, companies bring experienced professionals to help improve exploration and production of oil and gas.
Reference in the market for foreign visas, the CAS is in the market for 40 years. The company, which pioneered the provision of immigration of skilled foreign workers in Brazil, provides service to all major companies in the oil and gas in the country. For CAS, the oil should not be seen only as an opportunity for profit but to generate wealth for Brazil. How do you think the law of local content will affect the acceleration of the pre-salt exploration requested by President Rousseff?I believe that we will not disrupt flight schedules.
How important is the coming of immigrants to work in this industry?Immigrants are very important for us to increasingly exploit our wealth effectively, it is very important to have a mix. Immigrants come to bring experience and technology, which is just very important for us to accelerate the exploitation of our wealth. Brazil has been receiving a large volume of investment, not only in the oil and gas, but also because of major events like the World Cup in 2014 and the 2016 Olympics, and this has to be prepared, not only caring labor, but empowering our people to increasingly explore ourselves our wealth. Do you think that Brazil will be able to exploit their wealth and grow as a country?I am convinced that Brazil has all the capacity to do so.
